Description
This Session examines the lessons that can be learned from reforming business registration and licensing procedures in Asia. Case studies are drawn from Vietnam, Philippines and Laos. In addition, a practitioners guide for reforming business registration and licensing is presented, which includes a number of country examples; India is the only one in Asia.
